1.   Have you launched your service?

No. We are planning to open up our beta later this year, but if you wish to be added to our mailing list for upcoming details how you can participate, please Contact us.

2.    How do you process large amounts of information looking for specific events?

Our event analysis applications will have the option of being attached to a channel. Channels are a key feature for efficiently monitoring large streams of incoming data. A channel is, essentially, a stream of events defined by a filter which is dynamically updated as events enter the system. Channels also support user notification and processing extensions.

3.    Are you planning dynamic updating of event streams and event maps?

When connected to a channel, the events applications will dynamically update as new events are acquired. We are focused on dynamic taxonomies and machine learning.

4.    Can I control how I view the event data?

A filter option is provided to allow studies of past events including animation of past time periods. Animation allows events to be displayed in time sequence based for a past period. This includes the ability to pause, go back, and go forward one event at a time. Additional controls for channel selection, animation, and a time line will be part of the production application.

5.    Are you an open platform?  Can I integrate / load / search my own data as well as what I collect with your service?

Yes. We plan to add plenty of load and storage options so that you can manually or dynamically (via a RESTful interface) integrate your own large data sets with what you collect on the web.  An extensive object-level security model will be provided to ensure your data are kept secure.
